First Method:

  • To do this, stand facing the moon.
  • After this, while raising both hands, bend the upper part of the waist as far back as you can.
  • Now keep both hands open towards the sky.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Chandraya Namah.

Second Method:

  • To do this action, bend your hands and waist in front.
  • Now bring the hands near the feet.
  • After this touch the head with the knee.
  • Take care not to bend the knee.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Somay Namah.
  • Location: Swadhisthana Chakra.

Third Method:

  • To do this asana, take the left leg back and keep it straight.
  • After this, keep the weight of the body on the right leg while bending the right leg from the knee.
  • Keep the hands close to the right foot.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Indreva Namah.
  • Location: Vishuddha Chakra.

Fourth Method:

  • Wherever you are in this posture, keep the knee of the left foot touching the ground.
  • Then bend the right leg from the knee and make an angle of 90°.
  • Then while raising the hands, bend the upper part of the waist backward.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Nishakarai Namah.
  • Location: Ajna Chakra.

Fifth Method:

  • Like the third asana, instead of the right leg, the weight of the body is to be given to the left leg.
  • Then in this, the right leg has to be taken back.
  • Keep the hands near the toes of the left foot.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Kalamritya Namah.
  • Location: Vishuddhi Chakra.

Sixth Method:

  • As in the fourth action, give weight to the left foot and stand in such a way that the knee of the right foot keeps touching the ground.
  • Then keep the hands facing upwards.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Sudhadharai Namah.
  • Location: Vishuddhi Chakra.

Seventh Method:

  • In this posture, keep both hands on the ground and lift the upper part of the waist as high as you can.
  • Do it like this 4-5 times.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Nishapateya Namah.
  • Location: Swadhisthana Chakra.

Eighth Method:

  • To do this asana, keep both knees on the ground.
  • Now touch the ground with the head down.
  • After this, keep both hands on the ground.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Shiv Shekhari Namah:
  • Location: Anahata Chakra.

Ninth Method:

  • In this posture, keep both knees on the ground.
  • Tilt the head back and keep the hands upwards.
  • Keep the weight of the body on the knees, toes, and ankles.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Amritdidhiteye Namah.
  • Location: Ajna Chakra.

Tenth Method:

  • In this, place both hands on the ground on the front side at a gap of one and a half feet.
  • In this posture, while sitting on the feet and hands, lift the knees above the ground.
  • Beej Mantra: Tamoghyanay Namah.
  • Location: Manipur Chakra.

Eleventh Method:

  • While sitting on both legs, do it between both hands.
  • Then sit on the feet by giving weight.
  • Keep in mind that the toes of the hands should touch the ground.
  • The weight of the body will remain on the toes.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Rajarajaya Namah.
  • Location: Muladhara Chakra.

Twelfth Method:

  • In this posture, stand straight and bring the hands in the posture of a pranam.
  • Beej Mantra: Om Shashank Devay Namah.
  • Location: Anahata Chakra.
